We currently offer washed, sun dried coffees of Caturra, Colombia, and Tabi varietals. Cupping results shows a consistent result. These coffees are characterized by a citrus acidity combined with a sweetness that evokes sugarcane syrup, or “melao” . Good body and great aftertaste.
We import and roast specialty coffee beans grown by our family and neighboring coffee micro growers, promoting relationships with single origin coffee farms.
